“Joe Pilates was a genius! He developed an exercise method that people love because it not only challenges their bodies, but also their minds. This is intelligent exercise for intelligent people. My goal is to guide people to stretch, strengthen and stabilize both their bodies and their minds.” Stefanie graduated from Emory University in 1997 and Harvard Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in 1999 with a major in Japanese language and business. Her business background led her to work in Tokyo, New York, and New England before getting hooked on pilates as a client. Stefanie carries certifications from All-American Pilates and Power Pilates. She is now a teacher trainer for Power Pilates, hosting pilates teacher training programs as well as continuing eduation at the studio. Stefanie passed the Pilates Method Alliance examination in 2006. Stefanie is married to her husband Seth who is an estate planning attorney in Boca Raton. Stefanie, Seth, their daughter Morgan, and dog Bailey reside in Delray Beach. |
